Biography

Senior linebacker is an All-MIAA player and just a dominant presence on the defensive side of the football who changes the game for opposing offenses ... Can shoot through any gap, plow through would-be blockers, and make any tackle for all four quarters ... Can also chase down ball carriers that try to run to the opposite side of the field and can defend the pass well ... Made an immediate impact for the Bronchos in 2017 after transferring from Garden City (Kan.).

2017: Was third on the team with 79 tackles in his first season with the Bronchos ... Played and started in all 12 games at linebacker ... Made a team-high 11.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage for a combined loss of 47 yards ... Added five sacks that totaled negative 35 yards ... Made one interception and returned it 14 yards ... Had five pass break-ups and one forece fumble ... Season-high 14 tackles against Missouri Western in Week 4 after recording 10 tackles (his second-most for one game) the week before against Fort Hays State ... Also had a season-high eight solo tackles and three tackles for a loss against MWSU ... Was named Second Team All-MIAA.
