Central Oklahoma has had 43 players earn NCAA Division II All-Region recognition a combined 64 times since 1990 by either the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) or the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA), formerly Daktronics.
Stephanie Cook (1993-94-95), Jacee Minter (2022-23-24), and Terin Ritz (2023-24-25) are the only three players in UCO history to be named All-Region three times. Chasidy Horton (1996-97), Alli Blake (2005-07), Jodi Craig (2007-09), Kacie Edwards (2012-13), Kalynn Schrock (2013-14), Ally Dziadula (2013-14), Kaylee Brunson (2014-15), Tori Collet (2016-17), Morgan Heard (2016-17), Carrie Abrams (2017-18), Jayden Chestnut (2017-18), Hazel Puempel (2019-21), Emily Deramus (2023-24), and Rylee Lemos (2024-25) have all been two-time All-Region picks.
UCO has had four players earn D2CCA Regional Player of the Year honors -- Edwards (2012), Heard (2016), Shayla Harper (2023) and Ritz (2025).
