Central Oklahoma has had 12 players earn NCAA Division II All-Region accolades a combined 18 times since the program was started in 2003. Marla Souvannasing is the lone three-time All-Region performer, claiming that honor in 2015, 2016 and 2018. Susana Olivares is UCO's lone three-time All-Region honoree, while Sydney Roberts, Taylor Neidy, and Ashley Kelley all earned All-Region honors two times.
