Central Oklahoma has had 28 players earn All-Conference honors a combined 45 times since the program was started in 2003-04. The Bronchos competed in the Lone Star Conference from 2003-11 and then joined the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association before the start of the 2012-13 season.
Marla Souvannasing and Sydney Roberts are the only four-time All-Conference performers for UCO, with Souvannasing earning that honor in 2015-16-17-18 and Roberts in 2017-18-19-21. Eleven players have been two-time honorees and four have also been named conference Player of the Year, with UCO Athletics Hall of Fame golfer Ashley Kelley accomplishing that honor twice.
