Central Oklahoma has had 146 players earn first-, second- or third-team all-conference honors a combined 199 times since 1992. The Bronchos were members of the Lone Star Conference from 1992-2011 before joining the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association in 2013 after one year as an independent.
John Rogers is UCO's only four-time all-conference performer, earning second-team All-LSC North Division honors in 2000 and first-team All-LSC North accolades in 2001, '02 and '03. Rothy Briggs (2000-01-02), Jake Dyer (2016-17-18), and Valek Cisneros (2023-24-25) are the only three-time all-conference winners.
