Biography

Senior linebacker and former JUCO transfer that has made an impact on the defensive side of the ball for UCO ... Quick to insert himself into the play and makes a tough challenge for opponents trying to go on his side of the field ... Is a true run-stopper at outside linebacker but can move around within the group to fill any need for the Bronchos ... Came to UCO after two years at Sierra (Calif.) College.

2016: Wasted no time fitting into Broncho defense in first year at UCO playing in 10 games last season and starting nine fo them ... Made 53 tackles in 2016 (29 solo, 24 assisted) ... Added 1.5 tackles for a loss including one sack against Missouri Western in a Week 4 home win for the Bronchos ... Season-high 14 tackles against Nebraska-Kearney in Week 7 ... Made more than five tackles in four games last season ... Also broke up one pass on the season.

JUCO: Two-year starter for the Wolverines, earning All-NorCal League honors as a sophomore last year ... Collected 55 tackles with 7.5 for loss, 2.5 sacks, one fumble recovery and one pass broken up in his final season.

High School:  Prep standout in football, basketball and track at Nevada Union High School.

Personal: Criminal justice major ... Names “The Longest Yard” as his favorite sports movie ... Birthdate is June 12, 1995.
