Biography

Senior veteran set to handle the starting job at first base for the second consecutive season . . . Took over the top spot last year after coming in as a junior college transfer and should be even better in 2015 . . . Power hitter who will definitely be an offensive force for the Bronchos with her run-producing ability . . . Also a fine defender in the field and is poised to end her career with a flourish.
 
2014:  Started all 58 games at first base and batted third in the order in all but three of those outings . . . Hit .327 with 13 doubles, six home runs and 44 runs batted in, which ranks 10th on UCO’s single-season records list . . . Was an honorable mention All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association choice and earned MIAA Scholar-Athlete honors . . . Had 14 multi-hit games, highlighted by 4-for-4 performance against Henderson State . . . Drove in two-plus runs 12 times, plating season-high four during two-homer game against Northeastern State . . . Went 5-for-7 with seven RBI in doubleheader sweep of the RiverHawks . . . Made just five errors in 391 fielding chances.
 
Juco:  Two-year starter at Weatherford (Texas) College, helping lead the Coyotes to a 50-8 record and their first-ever national tournament appearance as a sophomore . . . Batted .336 with 12 doubles, five homers and 27 RBI as a freshman to earn second-team All-Conference honors and hit .333 with three homers and 17 RBI the next season.
 
High School:  Four-year standout at Azle (Texas) High School, batting .417 or better her last three seasons . . . District Defensive Player of the Year and an All-State pick as a senior after hitting .539.
 
Personal:  Forensic science/criminal justice major and member of UCO Dean’s Honor Roll who wants to join the FBI . . . Enjoys country dancing as a hobby . . . Names the Texas Rangers as her favorite team . . . Lists Cody Johnson as her top musician . . . Birthdate is Nov. 25, 1992.
