Biography

Established senior veteran ready to be one of the team’s top starting pitchers . . . Should also see some action in relief and will get plenty of work in the circle this spring . . . UCO’s most experienced hurler with 272 career innings to her credit and knows what it takes to succeed in the rugged Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association . . . Right-hander who doesn’t get rattled and is poised to end career in style.
 
2015:  Honorable mention All-MIAA pick after leading pitching staff in games (34), starts (22), complete games (17), innings pitched (167 1/3), strikeouts (81), wins (18), shutouts (three) and earned run average (3.10) . . . Finished 18-11 with one save . . . Tossed two-hitter in 2-0 regular-season win over Winona State and beat the Warriors again in first round of Central Regional, scattering seven hits in 4-1 victory . . . Gave up six hits and struck out season-high six in 8-0 win over Missouri Southern and allowed four hits in five-inning run-rule rout of Emporia State for other shutout . . . Threw 2 2/3 innings of no-hit relief to earn lone save against Concordia-St. Paul.
 
2014:  Pitched in 25 games with 13 starts, finishing 9-3 with a 2.86 ERA . . . Threw seven complete games and struck out 39 batters in 83 1/3 innings . . . Tossed five-hit shutout in 7-0 win over Rogers State and gave up just four hits in 6-1 victory over Missouri Southern . . . Fanned season-high five and scattered seven hits in 9-1 win over Fort Hays State . . . Allowed one hit in two shutout innings against Southeastern Oklahoma in the Central Regional.
 
2013:  Appeared in seven games with three starts and went 3-1 with a 6.56 ERA . . . Earned first win with five-inning three-hit shutout in 8-0 rout of Southwest Baptist . . . Gained both wins in relief during doubleheader sweep of Washburn.
 
High School:  Prep standout at Tulsa Union High School, winning all three state tournament games in leading the Redskins to the Class 6A state championship as a senior . . . Put together a 24-3 record with an impressive 1.19 ERA while striking out 100 and also batted .479 in earning All-State accolades.
 
Personal:  Mass communications major looking to become a broadcaster . . . Names the Denver Broncos as her favorite team . . . Lists “Benchwarmers” as her top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Sept. 2, 1993.
