Biography

Sure-handed senior standout and one of UCO’s all-time leading receivers . . . Has been a starter throughout his career and will see plenty of passes thrown his way this fall . . . Clutch receiver capable of making the tough over-the-middle catches while also a long ball threat . . . Has great speed and a fierce competitor who does whatever is asked of him on the field . . . Could also see action as a kick returner . . . Enters the season ranked third in career receptions (138), needing 36 catches to become the school’s all-time leader, and is also 10th in career yards (1,486) . . . . . . Has caught at least one pass in 30 of 31 career games.
 
2013:  Started all 10 games and was second on the team in both catches (37) and yards (483) . . . Caught at least one pass in nine of 10 games and had six contests with four-plus receptions . . . Best game was season finale against Northeastern State with a nine-catch, 87-yard outing that also included the only two touchdown grabs of the season (four and six yards) . . . Snared four passes for 116 yards against Missouri Western and had seven receptions for 65 yards against Central Missouri.
 
2012:  Honorable mention All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association selection after leading the team in receptions (47) and yards (573), averaging 12.2 yards a catch . . . Had at least three catches in all 10 games and made five or more seven times . . . Pulled in five passes for 110 yards with a career-long 82-yard touchdown against Southwest Baptist . . . Other TD reception was 43-yarder in season finale against Northeastern State as part of five-catch, 87-yard outing . . . Caught five passes for 77 yards in road rout of Lincoln . . . Returned eight punts for 55 yards and 12 kickoffs for 207 yards.
 
2011:  Burst onto the college scene in impressive fashion with career-high nine catches for 74 yards in season opener at No. 6-ranked North Alabama . . . Topped the team with 54 receptions, which ranks sixth on UCO’s single-season list, and was second in yards (530) while starting in six games . . . Made at least three catches in all 11 games and caught five-plus passes six times . . . Had career-best 139 receiving yards on eight catches against Southwestern Oklahoma . . . Snared seven balls against both Washburn and Black Hills State, with lone touchdown coming on 16-yard grab against Northeastern State.
 
High School:  Two-way star at powerhouse Union High School in Tulsa . . . Tulsa World All-Metro Player of the Year and an All-State pick as a senior after catching 38 passes for 726 yards and six touchdowns while adding 55 tackles and seven interceptions . . . Caught the game-winning TD pass in Union’s 50-47 Class 6A state finals victory over Jenks.
