Biography

Three-year starter set to continue as a leader in the secondary at a cornerback slot . . . Senior veteran with plenty of experience, having played in 32 games with 26 starts during career . . . Steady performer who doesn’t make mistakes and a stellar one-on-one defender with excellent speed . . . Has established himself as one of the conference’s top defensive backs and is ready to end his career with a flourish.
 
2014:  Earned honorable mention All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association honors after starting all 12 games . . . Ended with 37 tackles, including 26 solo stops . . . Broke up four passes, had two interceptions and scored on school-record 100-yard fumble return in road win over Emporia State . . . Added season-high seven tackles and a PBU against the Hornets . . . Made first interception in Lindenwood win while adding two solo tackles, including one for loss, and breaking up two passes .  . . Also picked off a pass in Mineral Water Bowl game against Sioux Falls.
 
2013:  Finished with team-high 42 solo tackles and ranked fourth-best with 52 total stops in addition to breaking up two passes . . . Had nine-tackle games against Pittsburg State, Emporia State and Lincoln, making eight solo stops in win over the Blue Tigers . . . Had seven unassisted tackles with one for loss and a PBU in win over Southwest Baptist . . . Played in all 10 games with seven starts.

 2012:  Ended with 31 tackles while starting in seven of 10 games played . . . Also broke up three passes, forced two fumbles and had one interception . . . Had season-high seven tackles and a forced fumble against league champion Missouri Western . . . Made five solo stops with one for loss along with forcing a fumble and knocking down a pass against Central Missouri . . . Interception came against Northwest Missouri.
 
High School:  Claimed All-District and Ardmoreite Super Team honors as a senior at Ardmore High School, collecting 50 tackles, three interceptions and 15 broken up passes . . . Also lettered in basketball and track.
 
Personal:  General studies major who wants to be a music producer . . . Has five siblings . . . Enjoys playing a variety of musical instruments . . . Names the New Orleans Saints as his favorite team . . . Birthdate is Sept. 29, 1992.
