Biography

Team leader and senior standout back to spearhead the offensive line . . . Has played in 29 games with 28 starts during career and is one of the top blockers in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association . . . Should handle one of the guard slots and the Bronchos are expecting big things from this proven veteran . . . Strong, mobile lineman who enters the season having started 22 straight games.
 
2014:  Earned honorable mention All-MIAA honors after helping lead an offensive line that enabled UCO to average 189.5 rushing yards a game . . . Picked up a fumble and rumbled 22 yards to set up a UCO touchdown in road win over Lindenwood . . . Also named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete award winner.

2013:  Started all 10 games and helped UCO average 459.9 yards and 30.0 points a game . . . Key member of unit that allowed only 17 sacks in 369 pass attempts.
 
2012:  Played in seven games with six starts before going out in the first half of road rout of Lincoln with injury . . . Was part of offensive line unit that gave up just 13 sacks all season.

2011:  Sat out redshirt year.
 
High School:  Two-way standout at Newcastle High School . . . District Defensive Lineman of the Year and an Oklahoman Little All-City selection as a senior . . . Also played on state tournament baseball team and was a two-time state qualifier in powerlifting.
 
Personal:  Kinesiology major looking for a career as a coach . . . Both brothers -- Jordan (football) and Jeff (baseball) -- played at UCO while father (Barty) played football at Oklahoma State . . . Names ‘‘Sandlot” as his favorite sports movie . . . Lists the New Orleans Saints as his top team . . . Enjoys fishing as his main hobby . . . Birthdate is Feb. 28, 1993.
