Biography

Returning starter ready to be one of the team's main linebackers again this season . . . Missed spring drills with injury, but is expected to be at full speed for the start of pre-season practice . . . Had a solid sophomore season and should really benefit from that experience in 2012, with the Bronchos needing this junior to step up and deliver . . . Hard-nosed defender who will be a  key member of the linebacking corps.

2011:  Started in 10 games while missing one to injury, finishing fifth on the team in total tackles with 67 . . . Had 4.0 tackles for loss, a broken up pass and one forced fumble . . . Had five-plus tackles in eight games, making 10 stops against both Cal Poly and Northeastern State . . . Had eight tackles with one for loss and a PBU against Angelo State.

2010:  Played in all 11 games, making three tackles with 1.0 for loss . . . Had two stops with lone tackle for loss against Northeastern State . . . Also returned seven kickoffs for 77 yards.

High School: All-District selection as a senior at Broken Arrow High School and also an Academic All-Conference pick . . . Team captain.

Personal: An accounting major and member of President's Honor Roll . . . Enjoys playing the guitar among his favorite off-field hobbies . . . Lists the Baltimore Ravens as his top professional team and "Any Given Sunday" as his favorite sports movie . . . Father (David) played football at Northeastern State, while three uncles (David Culver, Ed Culver and Tim Randolph) played at Oklahoma . . . Birthdate is Oct. 24, 1990.
