Biography
Senior veteran ready to be a full-time starter this spring . . . Has been a part-time starter throughout her career, but showed more consistency last fall and will be a major contributor . . . Has plenty of experience and is poised to finish her career with a flourish.
Fall 2011: Had a solid fall campaign in finishing with a 79.9 average, placing in the top 30 in three of five tournaments . . . Best outing was a 19th-place tie in the UCO Classic after rounds of 76-74 . . . Used a closing 77 to tie for 21st in the Lady Buff Stampede.
2010-11: Played in eight tournaments and finished with an 82.0 average for 19 rounds . . . Had a pair of top-30 showings, coming in 23rd at the St. Edward’s Invitational and 29th at the Lady Otter Spring Invitational . . . Had eight rounds in the 70s, including a career-best 76.
2009-10: Competed in six tournaments and had an 85.2 average . . . Best finish was a 22nd-place tie in the Midwestern State Invitational.
2008-09: Played in eight tournaments, finishing with an 84.5 average . . . Placed a season-best 15th at the NSU Golf Classic with rounds of 81-78 . . . Also shot a 78 in the first round of the Grand Canyon Invitational.
High School: Four-time state qualifier at Muskogee High School, capping her career with a fourth-place finish as a senior in earning All-State honors.
Personal: A criminal justice major looking to become a federal probation officer. . . Enjoys playing ultimate frisbee among her hobbies . . . Lists “A League of Their Own” as her favorite sports movie . . . Names the Dallas Cowboys as her top professional team . . . Birthdate is March 30, 1990 and has a twin sister (Alex).
