Biography

Prime pass-catching threat and a key cog in the offensive attack who is trying to bounce back from a spring knee injury. . . Junior veteran and returning starter who can go the distance every time he catches the ball . . . Reliable go-to receiver and will be one of the main targets if healthy.

2010: Was a second-team All-Lone Star Conference North Division pick after snaring 35 passes for 455 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 13.0 yards a catch . . . Had three-plus receptions in eight of 11 games, tying a career high with five-catch games against Incarnate Word and Eastern New Mexico . . . Had three catches for 49 yards and two TDs (10 and 29 yards) in win over Tarleton State . . . Other scoring grabs came against Pittsburg State (17 yards) and Northeastern State (six).

2009: Played in 10 games with a couple of starts, catching 12 passes for 195 yards and a touchdown . . . Had breakthrough game at Texas A&M-Commerce with five receptions for 122 yards and his first career TD, an 80-yarder that is tied for the 10th-longest in school history.

2008: Redshirted.

High School: Two-way star at powerhouse Tulsa Washington High School . . . All-Stater as a senior after making 150 tackles and intercepting six passes while also catching 15 passes for 250 yards and three TDs.

Personal: A health/physical education major . . . Father (Dolphin) played at Fort Hays State . . . Birthdate is June 27, 1990.
