Redshirt freshman who should be a top contender for the starting berth at 125 pounds this winter . . . Showed good things throughout his redshirt year last season and has a chance to be a major contributor in 2009-10.

2008-09:  Had an 8-5 record while wrestling in three open tournaments . . . Won three matches en route to a runner-up finish in the freshman-sophomore division of the Missouri Open.

High School:  Four-year letterman at Midwest City High School, winning one state title and helping lead the powerhouse Bombers to a pair of team championships.

Personal:  Undecided on a major . . . Lists going to the lake as his favorite hobby . . . Twin brother Ben is a UCO teammate . . . Birthdate is Aug. 31, 1989.
