2008:  Missed one game to injury, but still finished second on the team in tackles with 82 total stops in earning second-team All-LSC North Division recognition . . . Had 9.5 tackles for loss with 1.5 sacks while adding five passes broken up, four fumble recoveries and two interceptions . . . Two-time LSC North Defensive Player of the Week pick, earning the honor against Pittsburg State and Midwestern State . . . Made 13 tackles with two fumbles caused and two fumbles recovered in tough season-opening loss to PSU and collected a career-high 16 tackles with one for loss while also scoring on a 69-yard interception return in 38-33 win over MSU . . . Had nine tackles with two passes broken up against Texas A&M-Commerce . . . Also had nine tackles with two for loss along with a fumble recovery and interception in win over East Central.

2007:  Finished with 41 tackles, including 3.5 for loss, and also forced two fumbles . . . Made a season-high 10 tackles against Northeastern State, including one for loss . . . Had seven tackles vs. Eastern New Mexico and collected six stops with 1.5 for loss against Angelo State . . . Caused fumbles against Emporia State and Texas A&M-Commerce.

2006:  Played in 10 games and made 15 tackles, including three for loss . . . Had three tackles and a forced fumble vs. Missouri Western.

2005:  Sat out a redshirt season.

High School:  All-District and Class 4A All-Star as a senior at Star Spencer High School after piling up 188 tackles . . . Played in the Oil Bowl All-Star game after his senior year.

Personal:  A safety education major . . . Names Ray Lewis as his favorite athlete . . . Birthdate is Sept. 3, 1986.
