Biography
Senior veteran and returning starter who will once again be one of UCO’s main midfielders . . . Versatile athlete with great speed who flourished in a full-time starting role last season and will be even better this fall with the confidence gained . . . Played fullback her first two years before moving to the midfield last season and will probably be used at both positions this fall . . . Team leader for the Bronchos who has played in 54 games with 24 starts during her career.
2008: Played in every game with 20 starts and was the team’s fourth-leading scorer with 14 points, knocking in four goals and adding six assists . . . Had a dominating effort in win over Southwestern Oklahoma with two goals and an assist . . . Also had goals in back-to-back wins over St. Mary’s and Texas Woman’s, adding an assist against SMU . . . Other assists came against Harding, West Texas A&M, Northeastern State and Texas A&M International . . . Was an Academic All-Lone Star Conference selection while also earning second-team honors on the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District 6 squad.
2007: Saw action in 14 games with a pair of starts in helping UCO capture the league crown and advance to the NCAA Division II Sweet 16 . . . Played a key defensive role as the Bronchos posted 13 shutouts.
2006: Appeared in 18 games with two starts as a true freshman . . . Scored three points, notching assists in wins over Southern Nazarene, East Central and Northeastern State.
High School: Soccer standout at Broken Arrow High School . . . Team captain as well as an All-District and All-State pick as a senior for the Tigers . . . Also lettered in basketball.
Personal: A biology major and multiple member of the UCO Dean’s and President’s Honor Roll . . . Names the Chelsea Football Club as her favorite professional team . . . Enjoys writing as a hobby . . . Birthdate is March 4, 1988.
