UCO Wrestling Set To Host Annual Golf Tournament

Fund-raising Event is Set For August 15 at KickingBird in Edmond

EDMOND – Central Oklahoma's 17-time national championship wrestling program will host its annual golf tournament fundraiser next month and registration is now open.

The four-person scramble tournament is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 15 at KickingBird Golf Club in Edmond. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and a 1 p.m. shotgun start will get the tournament underway.

Interested supporters can register as a single player ($175) or sign up as a team of four ($700). Hole sponsorships are also available.

The Bronchos finished 13-1 in duals last season, capturing their fifth straight MIAA crown and fifth consecutive Super Regional IV title before finishing fifth in the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships.
