Central Oklahoma's Wrestling Program Hosting Four-Person Golf Scramble At KickingBird Golf Club In August

EDMOND – Central Oklahoma's wrestling program, the NCAA Division II national champions in each of the past two seasons, is hosting its annual golf tournament fundraiser next month and registration is now open.

The four-person scramble tournament is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 23 at KickingBird Golf Club in Edmond. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and a 1 p.m. shotgun start will get the tournament underway.

Interested supporters can register as a single player ($175) or sign up as a team of four ($700). Hole sponsorships are also available.

Central Oklahoma's storied wrestling program claims 17 national championships, including 2023 and 2024. The Bronchos have produced 74 individual national champions by 49 different grapplers.

The 2024-25 UCO Wrestling team begins its season in November.
