Wrestling To Host Golf Fundraiser

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma wrestling team is hosting a golf tournament fundraiser and registration is now open.

The tournament is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 9 at KickingBird Golf Course in Edmond. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. before the 1 p.m. shotgun start.

Cost is $125 per player or $500 per team and registration includes green fee, cart, range balls and lunch, as well as team and individual prizes.

All donations go to the UCO wrestling program and will assist the team in the upcoming season. Central Oklahoma has won 15 national championships in wrestling and has seen 45 wrestlers win a total of 67 individual national titles on the mat.
