Central Oklahoma has had 15 players receive NCAA Division II All-Region recognition a combined 22 times. Taylor Bevis (2016, '17, '18) is the only three-time honoree in program history, while Alma Brahimaj (2000, '02), Lacie Allen (2006, '07), Barbara Jackson (2014, '15), Jaedynn Evans (2022, '23) and Sydney Huck (2022-'25) were all two-time All-Region performers.
