Kevin Freeman was a three-time All-American for the Bronchos in the 1980s while helping lead the team to a pair of NAIA national titles.

A prep standout at Edmond Memorial High School, Freeman redshirted his first year at UCO before going 20-8 and earning national runner-up honors at 150 pounds in 1985 as the Bronchos captured the team title.  He came back the next year to go 36-6-2 and place third at 142, with UCO repeating as team champions.

Kevin sat out the 1986-87 season before returning for his senior year in 1987-88 and he was again a national runner-up at 150 pounds while finishing with a 29-4-2 record as the Bronchos were second in the team race.

Freeman ended his stellar career with an 85-18-4 record that included 47 bonus-point wins.  He was also a two-time NAIA Academic All-American.
