Amy Parten put UCO volleyball on the Lone Star Conference map from 1989-92, ending her sensational four-year career as the holder of 13 school records and leading the Bronchos to 89 wins.
Amy had 410 kills and 328 digs as a freshman to earn honorable mention All-LSC honors, then collected 879 kills and 615 digs the following two season in picking up second-team All-LSC recognition.
Parten became UCO’s first-ever first-team All-LSC player as a senior in 1992 with a spectacular season that included what were then single-season school records for kills (624) and digs (548).
Parten finished her career with 1,913 kills in 5,098 attacks, both school records then that rank second now, along with 1,491 digs and 70 solo blocked shots.
